The paper presents application of psychodrama methods in training of school teachers as leaders of programs for health promotion and sexual education in Bulgarian schools.  The programs are based on application of interactive methods allowing pupils active exploration of their sexual values, knowledge and behaviors.  Our experience involves one-year work in preparation of a program, training of 30 teachers from different schools in different cities in Bulgaria for pilot application of a program and supervision seminars with these teachers for assessment and feedback.  In our work we used mainly psychodrama methods that proved their adequacy.

3.“Psychodrama with disabled persons”

Bojana Glusac - Handicap International, Belgrade - Yugoslav Psychodrama Association

Abstract:

Psychodrama as a movement therapy with persons with reduced movement abilities - paradox or not? Our experience undoubtedly says: No.  Theoretical, philosophical, ethical and sociological approaches in psychodrama work with disabled persons are not liable to any type of modifications. The only modifications were practical and came through my work as suitable solutions to problems in specific situations and as different means of adaptation.  In view of this, the paper will deal with four issues:

1. Basic attitudes

2. Prejudices

3. Creative psychodrama as a response to three basic needs

4.  Modification of psychodrama techniques

This lecture includes a slide show computer presentation and video projection of theatre play by the psychodrama group.  A workshop on the subject follows this paper.

3. “Evaluation of Psychodrama and Group Psychotherapy”

Dr Vladimir Milošević - Belgrade, Yugoslavia

Abstract:

In this lecture the author will present different aspects of evaluation of psychodrama and group therapy. Most of the recent researches of psychotherapy work have relied on observation of development in the beginning and the end of therapy.  Our goal was to develop methods through which it will be possible to make assessment of different interventions in group and psychodrama therapy, the way they influence the group process and possible therapeutic outcome.

In the work with refugees and torture victims in collective centers in Serbia, use of psychodrama and group therapy was followed by specific evaluation of every step of the therapeutic work.  A workshop on the same subject follows this paper.

Abstract:

This presentation will illustrate eight psychodrama sessions that can be a guide to working with a group of women and men.  These thematic sessions follow the construction of the group dynamic taking into account the phases of warming up, drama and sharing.  Psychodrama can reach deeply the Masculinism and Feminism, enabling women and men to reach more precisely their identities.
